Plot
The world has seen copy-cat killers, but never copy-cat terrorists...until now. Some of history's most infamous terrorist acts are being recreated in new locations but with no direct motive. Team RAINBOW is sent in to resolve the situations until they realize that the real target the terrorists have been after...is them.
